New Winter Outdoor Program for older kids is available.

Registration for the Winter Indoor Program “Join the Run” at Friends Academy will go through the Friends Academy Website. Click HERE to be brought directly to their registration page.

This program is designed for children grades PK - 5th, and older children who are new to running. This will be an introduction to the Track running events, consisting of: Drills, Plyometric Hurdles, Running Form, Running Games, Workouts, Relays, Races.

We have several options for Youth Track Programs for early 2025:
