This Youth Track program is designed for children grades PK - 5th, and older children who are new to running. This will be an introduction to the Track running events, consisting of: Drills, Plyometric Hurdles, Running Form, Running Games, Workouts, Relays, Races.

We have several options for Youth Track Programs for Spring and Summer 2025:
