PRIVATE COACHING SPRING 2025
We are gently rolling out Private, Small Group sessions for Spring.
While our Youth Track Programs are great and there is something powerful about using herd mentality to get kids to run together, some kids and parents are looking for a more personalized side of running and coaching.
5 kids max - differentiated, specific workouts to help kids hit various goals. Each kid could end up with a different workout on a given night.
We will meet on Wednesday nights in March with Coach Kevin Beirne at HHH HS East.
Workouts will focus on speed and strength, along with proper form. Lots of drills and running intervals. This is designed for track athletes running 200-1600 and also any sport that could benefit from some extra running and fitness training - soccer, lacrosse, basketball athletes are perfect for these sessions. Kids looking to get into better overall shape through running could benefit from this too.
Coach Kevin will call to speak with a parent before we get started to discuss goals, workout intensity, and workouts for other days during the week.
For boys and girls in 5th-9th grade. Sign up for one night at a time or all four Wednesdays in March.
